Between the Weeks

The first night with frost makes the weather bright. twigs and grass are covered with ice. The air is quiet, the forests calm. Near the fire, with the coffee, nothing else exists.

Første frostnatt gjer vêret lyst. Kvister og strå blir kanta med is. Lufta er stille, skogen er roleg. Ved elden, med kaffien, finst ingenting anna.

mental recovery

The days are short and the air is chilly. The forests invites on its own conditions. Between days with demands, and new with tasks the body needs to move and the soul calm.

Dagane er korte og lufta kjølig. Skogen innbyr på eigne vilkår. Mellom dagar med krav, og nye med oppdrag, må kroppen røra seg, og sjela roa seg.

Quiet distance

The colours are quieter in the late autumn. Steady rain, makes nuances deep. Sometimes I need quietness, where thoughts may float in the past and the coming.

Fargane er stillare seint på hausten. Jamt regn gjer tonane djupe. Somme gonger treng eg stille, der tanken kan flyta, i før og sidan.

Foggy Sunday in November

The seasons change, near the sea the air is chilly and humid. In the fog details shows sharper. It is quiet in the forest, nature has calmed down.

Årstidene skifter, nær fjorden er lufta kjølig og fuktig. I tåka kjem detaljar tydelegare fram. Det er stilt i skogen, naturen har roa seg.

Sunny day in November

The evening's warm light casts long shadows. The clear air, makes a beautiful sky. The sun ends the day hides behind distant mountains. Sitting on a tree-trunk, I follow nature's live show.

Kveldens varme lys lagar lange skuggar. Klårt vêr, gjer vakker himmel. Sola endar dagen, døljest bak blånar. Sitjande på ein stubbe, følgjer eg skogens spel.
